Here at Qualifio, we take product feedback and input very seriously. Here's how our Product team collects and acts on your feedback.

We strongly believe that in order to make a great product, listening to our customers, team members and prospects is key. We use your feedback to identify the most important features, discover new ideas and understand your pain points so that you can get more value from our product in the long run.

How to give feedback

We wanted to make sure that giving feedback was easy, so we implemented a widget that allows you to submit feedback and/or suggestions directly through our platform. This is the best way to submit product features or ideas. Learn how it works below:

All you need to do is log into your Qualifio account, navigate to our Suggest a feature menu on the right and select Make a suggestion. While you start typing, any similar request that might have been added in the past by other Qualifio users will show. Make sure to upvote the existing request and add comments to provide additional context.

You will then be able to vote for the features you like best, but won’t be able to vote for everything at the same time – since we simply cannot build everything at the same time :-)

So you’ll always need to take into consideration which weight you’ll give to your vote:

How we manage product feedback

  • Immediately: All new requests are open for the broader Qualifio customer community to vote on, prioritise and give us further information.
  • After a maximum of one week: The Product team reviews feedback on a weekly basis. They are in charge of diving in each and every request. At that point, your request can either be set to the "Awaiting Feedback" status so that we can gauge demand, gather use cases and automatically establish impact and value, or it can be declined. As the team goes through they'll update the status of each request so that you immediately know the outcome.

Every two weeks, we hold another meeting to discuss the top voted ideas. In these meetings, we discuss the highest priorities for our customers, team members and prospects and whether or not it makes sense to build it.

Not all features suggested will end up in the roadmap. After 6 months, we will automatically decline any feature that hasn't gotten enough traction.

If we decide to incorporate a request into the roadmap, the status will change to "Planned" or "Building". Anyone who has submitted or voted on a specific request will be notified every time something changes concerning that idea. We will always provide an explanation.

If you've submitted or voted on a particular request, we may reach out to book an interview to get more context about your situation 😊

Our feedback portal always has the most up-to-date information about our products and what we are building next. Which means that you can check the status of your request whenever you wish!

If you reach out directly to our Support or Customer Success teams, they'll be able to look up ideas for you, but they won't have any additional information or provide an estimate for if or when your request will be developed.

 

FAQs

How long will it be before the product team reviews my idea?

Items will be reviewed on a weekly basis. We take the top requests and update the status where appropriate. Roadmap meetings occur every two weeks.

Make sure your ideas are clear and concise so others can vote on it and prioritise. Also be sure to prioritise your own requests too - that way, we will know if a particular request is important to you.

My request hasn't been reviewed, yet I submitted it 6+ months ago. What can I do?

We try to regularly update the status of your requests. If we haven't reviewed your item yet and it is a high priority for you:

  • Make sure it's at the top of your priority list
  • Make sure your request is clear. Why do you need this? What is it stopping you from doing? What is the impact of that? Please add these details in a comment on your idea.
